We want you to experience the world in full color with absolute confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your EnChroma glasses, you may return them within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Place the glasses, original hardshell case, and cleaning cloth securely inside the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
